Eradise offers a clear and customer-friendly return and exchange policy. If customers encounter issues with any of our products we will accept returns of new, unused, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase (if purchased in person) or delivery date (if purchased online) for a full refund with proof of purchase. Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders cannot be processed for returns or exchanges. If the order was purchased via a third-party vendor, customers will need to work with those vendors directly for the quickest support and resolution. Original shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment once the purchased items are received at our facility and processed. Processing may take up to 7 business days and customers will receive a confirmation email once complete. 

If your items arrive damaged, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement after the following steps are completed:

  • Send an email within 30 days of receiving your order. The email should include your order number and "Damaged Product" in the subject line

  • Attach photo(s) of the damaged product to the email
